This is where I started to slow in my progress. This one really works the triceps and the delts. I also have a wrist injury so I have to wear a glove on one hand.

These are great for strengthening tri’s. Plus you can also use that cardboard to double for spontaneous break dancing.
You don’t need cardboard to break out in spontaneous break dancing.
